We truly enjoyed our room with 2 queen beds and pull-out couch. It was the best possible residential location close to Sonoma for a family get-together. There were cafes, drive-through take-outs, and diners nearby. The hotel was just a 5-minute drive from a modern museum. Had a very good stay during our week-long road trip.

Breakfast was okay. Loved all the different toppings for oatmeal. Hash browns weren't quite brown.
Final bill was more than quoted. The A/C was as low as possible and the room was hot. Pillows were hard. Room was small.

Once the renovations are complete, this property will be quite nice to stay. It will have a great layout and is close to fishermans warf.

The breakfast here is really good, with a bunch of options like pancakes and all the regular stuff you'd expect. 🥞 The rooms are nice and spacious, with a cozy couch and a patio to chill on.

Our room was reasonably spacious and pleasantly decorated, provided with a couch and a bedside table. It was in a central location and had very nice and outstandingly accommodating staff at check-out. There were fairgrounds and a market around the hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly. Good location but not the best area.
Only room available was smoking and it smelled horrendous. Carpet was stained and dirty. Bathroom was old, doorjams were filthy. This was my only choice of a hotel on this particular weekend that was priced under $300.

The room was well furnished and pleasantly decorated with a couch and a balcony. The location was great, in a residential area within a short walk to race finish, a cafe, and a drive-through takeout. There was a McDonald's close to the hotel where I had dinner.

Warm and complimentary breakfast with bisquits, all the standard offerings and DIY waffles in the pool area. Marvellous location in Santa Rosa, very-very NICE and outstandingly accommodating staff at check-out. 20 minutes' drive to the airport.

It was quiet except for room just above.
I don't need a Handicap Room, but I object to the extremely low-rise toliets. Time to get high rise toliets. Family with children on floor above were noisy in the early evening stomping around.

loacation
Got woke up at 11pm by someone trying to get in our door. There was a family outside our door with our room number on their key & they were able to unlock our door but we had the extra latch on. I called down to the front desk & the man wanted to argue that he told them the room next door (but their key unlocked our door hmmm). He did not apologize. The next morning we told the manager & he said he didn't know anything about it - again no apology. The staff at this hotel were not friendly like the other Best Westerns that we had stayed at on this trip. Also, the breakfast at this location was strictly carbs - no eggs or bacon like we had at the other locations. Not the Best Western we had expected.
